MANUAL DRAFTING PRODUCTS:
POLYESTER DRAFTING FILM:
Our drafting films are compatible with most inks and pencil leads. The tough surface will take repeated erasure without ghosting and incorporates an antistatic treatment to avoid dust attraction.
The polyester film base will withstand rough handling and has excellent archival properties.
Our range includes:
Kernow Draft available as Double and Single Matt in 50µ, 75µ, 125µ and 175µ - Standard translucent finish.
Green Tint Draft available as Double Matt in 75µ - Subtle green tint translucent finish.
Clear Draft available as Double and Single Matt in 75µ and 100µ - Special 'high clarity translucent finish for multiple overlays.

NATURAL TRACING PAPER:
90 and 112gsm version available in drafting roll lengths and cut sheets.  Also suitable for inkjet line printing.

PEN PLOTTING PRODUCTS:
POLYESTER PEN PLOTTING FILM:
Hydroplot (Translucent Double Matt Film) available in 75µ and 125µ
The smooth hard surface allows high speed plots with very low pen wear and no blockages. Highly suitable for final ink and pencil plots.
Kernow Loft (Translucent Double Matt Film) available in 125µ
Special plotting film for use on flat bed machines. Guaranteed to lay flat, the film will accept pressure fed ball pans as well as manual or plotting inks.
Kernow Trace (Translucent Single Matt Film) available in 125µ.  A single matt version of Kernow Loft for extra clarity.

HEAT STABLE PPC FILMS:
Hydrocopy Laser 75µ and 100µ
A Translucent Double Matt polyester film with a smooth surface based on an environmentally friendly aqueous coating giving a strong, dense image. Ink and pencil additions may be made. The toner line can be removed using a pelican BW40 eraser.
Hydrocopy White 75µ, 100µ
An opaque white polyester film with a smooth matt surface based on an environmentally friendly aqueous coating which is grease, oil and water resistant.
PPC Clear 100µ
A glass clear stabilised polyester film used to create clear overlays. This film can be supplied with paper backing to assist multi-feeding. Larger sheets without the paper backing are available.

Natural tracing paper is available for PPC printing under the codes P090TNT and P112TNT.

INKJET CAD PAPERS:
Kernow Coatings offers the essential range of report and translucent papers for the CAD market.
 
Premium Report 90gsm - Very smooth report paper for mono and colour line work. (P090CDP). Best all-round paper on the CAD market.
Natural Tracing - Available in 90 and 112gsm versions. (P090CDT/P112CDT)
 
FOR COLOUR VISUALS AND GIS APPLICATIONS:
High Resolution - 100gsm coated matt paper giving vibrant colours (P105CCP)
High Resolution - 130gsm coated matt paper giving vibrant colours. (P130CCP)
 
INKJET CAD FILMS:
The following film varieties should meet every need..
 
Double Matt Translucent Mono (F075CDDMONO) – For blackline printing only, but ink dries to develop a highly water-resistant finish, so that drawings left 24 hours can be used outside on-site.
Double Matt Translucent (F075CDD and F100CDD) - Fast drying smooth matt ink jet surface for mono or full colour printing, with a satin drawing surface on the back.
Single Matt Translucent version of the above (no drawing reverse!) – (F075CDN)
Double Matt Translucent Green Tint – (F050CDG) Special green tint version for easy viewing. Can be made on 75µ base to special order.
Clear – 100µ-based glass clear film (F102CJC) with paper interleaving and F102CJC.2ES with removable edge stripes for HP recognition. F102CJCN plain version available for ENCAD and other suitable printers.
Matt White (F100CLSW) – 100µ-based white film with fast drying smooth matt surface for full colour printing, offering tear-resistance and backlight suitability for display purposes.
