The Kernow HydroSol coatings fall within the Hydroprint range, materials developed for print houses used to offset-type conditions, instant-drying, with scuff- and water-resistance a given. The HydroSol materials should work in this way with all 'eco/mild' solvent printers, including Grenadier, Seiko Colorpainter, Mimaki JV-3 and Roland Soljet/Versacamm. Although there are cheaper alternatives within the Hydroprint range, it may be useful that these materials will also be compatible with UVC and silkscreen printers.
The anti-static back coatings included on all materials are important on some roll-fed machines.
