Within the Sensitisers Group, we create many specialised items for niche markets. The following list mentions some specific items and gives an overview of what we can offer more specialised customers.

MELINEX®
 As a major consumer of Melinex® films, only by DuPont Teijin Films, we provide converted and/or stabilised Melinex® for a variety of
industrial applications.

CUSTOM SERVICES:
 Within the Sensitisers Group of companies a number of important custom services are available.
Coating -From our broad portfolio of formulations, we can undertake coating work on other manufacturers' substrates, adding pressure-sensitive adhesives, if required. As our coating and thermal stabilisation plant has been built in-house, primarily for specialised synthethics markets, we are able to take on relatively low-quantity work that helps increase the breadth of our customers' offerings.

Laminating -We can laminate customers' face materials with various types of pressure-sensitive adhesives, specialising in filmic releases. We also thicken films by permanent bonding to clear or white polyester backings.

Conversion -Most Sensitisers Group products can be finished to customers' 'private label' requirements, including sheeting, roll slitting/rewinding, file punching and customised packaging, with design input through our own origination department.

Die-Cutting -Die-cutting and flexo-printing facilities enable many specialised end-product projects to be undertaken, including in-line custom branding of narrow format products.
 

We manufacture many SELF-ADHESIVE LABEL items, primarily for sheet applications. These materials are available as sheets, rolls, and as preformatted die-cut sheets. Certain standard sizes are available, but they are readily customised, including back-printing of brands to customer order. Different adhesive types can be used to suit the application. Current products, using water-based acrylic adhesives, include:

A variety of top-coated inkjet label-sheets and -stocks, available in mini-reels and ready-cut sheets, primarily used for promotional, consumer or popular CD/DVD items.

Of growing importance, Laser/LED Synthetic Label Products for sheet applications. These materials are also available die-cut. Certain standard formats are available, but they are readily customised, including back-printing of brands to customer order. Different adhesive types can be used to suit the application, including our proprietary MultiCling form.

LABELSTOCK:
 We manufacture a range of pressure-sensitive label products, mostly synthetics, polyester-based, for offset litho, laser and inkjet printing applications.
Some of the Roll Label materials are suitable for offset litho, as well as screen and flexo printing. Normally sold on a make-to-order basis in mini-reel form to converters, they are based on Clear, Translucent, Matt and Gloss white polyesters.

They are normally constructed on filmic release, with a variety of adhesive types, from high-strength to MultiCling. Please contact us with your specific requirements.
