INKJET CARDS
For the personal printer we make a range of greetings cards and business cards as finished items from 180 to 240gsm
 
 
LASER/TONER FUSION/THERMAL TRANSFER TAGS & CARDS
These products are growing all the time, as there are so many applications that become interesting as a result of on-demand printing.
 
We specialise in synthetics, so our products are used either outside (as in plant nurseries), or inside where rough handling is likely (cable ties, door hangers), and where you otherwise have to laminate a paper material to offer protection. Sensitisers Group is one of the most integrated companies in the world in this area, as both coater of materials (and self-adhesive laminator where necessary) and specialist converter down to customized, pre-printed and perforated sheets.
 
We supply these materials in converted sheets or reelstock to converters for their own custom markets, from 120µ - 270µ white film, which can be checked out by clicking here
 
White polyester films can also be used as ‘piggy-back’ cards by converters, who can flexo-print both sides of the material and adhere it to forms either as they are, or for individual thermal transfer or toner fusion overprinting to generate custom cards.
 
And further, we make overprintable and signature-compatible adhesive films that are patch-laminated to direct mail pieces.
